Do you send emails through your mobile phone? I do! Of course, the person that receives the email doesn't care whether you sent it through your PC or your phone, they just want to have your contact details at the bottom of the email if they need to get in touch with you. So, now that you have a signature set up on your Outlook or other email programme, do so on your phone too.
The tip below outlines how to put an automatic signature in your emails. To add the same information on your phone, do the following:
Go to your email
Click on settings
Click on your email address listed in the settings
Click on signature
Enter your contact details (make sure these are complete - see the article below)
